The Modification I'm looking for is changing out the current 12V battery to a Charger station like used with power tool battery chargers. Ryobi, Milwaukee, DeWalt....

It this possible?

The end game is..... Your child is out driving and hauling hay and he ran out of juice. All We need to do is remove the seat pull out the dead battery and replace it with a fresh one.

If this is possible and you guys know how, please send me in the right direction.
