Princess Butterfly jeep

this project is for donation to a 7 year old girl in my neighborhood using most of my less desirable pieces. some kind of lavender/pink combo with small butterflies all over it

the wheels kind of draw away from the blue, but the butterfly's and the lip gloss idea are awesome.

If you're looking for suggestions I would make it the same color as the seats. Then the hubs in the watermelon. I'd say try one or two butterfly's (sp?) on the grill, but maybe they'd look too much like road kills. The headlight inserts could go watermelon as well. (course I'm not sure how that'd look since it would opaque them) If you don't want suggestions, tell me to zip it. Either way, It's looking very nice. The paint looks smoother than I usually get it.

B, the water melon doesn't belong.

If you paint the teal bumper purple like the roll bar lights and the grille like the jeep it would look 100 times better IMHO :)

The dash would also look better in purple and the hubcaps would look better if painted like the jeep's body IMO :)

I'm doing a similar donation project now on a Cruising Tunes. If I can't find decals for the Jeep (Can still see the outline of the old decals since the Jeep was a bit chalky)
I'm going to use window Disney princess decals and use spray glue to fix them on. I tried this on my daughter's old jeep and it looks great. Those decals cost me just $1.25 too :lol:

I actually like the way this looks so far, but I would definitely do something with the grill.
