Girly Cowgirl Horse Adventure-Custom Order

Post by gwinnythepooh »

Got a call last week a guy needing a custom vehicle from Santa. So he picked out an adventure 700 with the trailer.
We are doing a horse/cowgirl theme. Body will be berry pink, racks lavender, black parts new black and silver decals. Should be cute! Have to deliver on Friday.
Also have to paint a gator this week and have $400 in sewing orders to make this week, oh yeah and deal with Thanksgiving. Should be interesting!!!

Progres: Tomorrow I will have to wet sand and re-clear. It started raining... Then I'll assemble tomorrow afternoon

I've switched to prepping this way. It just makes a huge difference and saves on a lot of sand paper. Then I just wet sand with 400 after heat gun. Turns out great.

Gwinny put a link to the build in the for girls section; this is just too good to not be included in there ;)

It's freezing. I spray and then bring parts inside. My garage is heated. I also keep cans in hot water bath.
